  Slow service & poor food would be the best I could say. A party of two went for lunch on a Tuesday. I had to call over the waitress twice, as we were completely ignored, even though the venue was almost completely empty. The food eventually arrived with some missing components, which sadly never arrived. The Chips were undercooked and the fish was greasy and small considering the price. I will not be returning anytime soon! On a positive note, the venue was lovely, such a shame nothing else lived up to it.

  The whole family had a great time for a birthday. We had a little room to the side to ourselves equips with sofa and plenty of room for all 20 of us to fit comfortably.
  The meals were lovely and the staff helpful.
  Cook your own steak is a great idea for the picky eater.

  Staff friendly and welcoming. Order taken, drinks arrived and shortly after so did starters (which were nice). Then it went down hill. Mains arrived but wine for main didn't. Told staff that had ordered wine, to be told is on it's way. Didn't arrive so followed up and mentioned what was ordered. By time staff came back to ask for order yet again, mains were eaten - well those that were edible. Told manager that chicken was extremely (had texture of crispy duck) dry but other 2 meals were OK. Manager went to sort out deserts but after waiting 30 minutes in a venue that wasn't busy at the time, we gave up and asked for the bill then left. Attempts made to redeem fault didn't occur and was let down by slow service. Visited here on a recommendation - won't be recommending this place to anyone anytime soon.

  We went here on a Groupon deal. The guy serving didn't think to say, when he gave us menus that certain things weren't on the Groupon starters wise. The food was lovely but the service was a bit poor.
  The lunch time deal is quite good too. I recently took my mum there. The food is really nice as is the place. The staffing just seems a bit like a bunch of mates hanging out and they will serve you as and when.
